Cancellations-

Please give a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations.

Customer satisfaction-

I want you to love your hair and I consider us a team. If you are not happy or you are struggling with your hair please email me at dogcloud@msn.com within 7 days to correct or help with the issue at no charge.

I’m not accepting children under 16 at this time.

Late arrivals-

Services for clients running late may be adapted to the remaining appointment time.

Product satisfaction-

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your retail purchase please contact me with 10 days for a full refund (with the return of the product).
